Greg A. Campbell

Greg Campbell has built his career representing labor unions and jointly administered employee benefit funds, earning a reputation as one of the region’s leading labor attorneys. Greg’s practice is focused on representing labor unions in all aspects of labor law, including collective bargaining, contract administration, grievance proceedings, arbitration, and litigation under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and the Labor Management Relations Act (LMRA). He also serves as counsel to Taft-Hartley employee benefit funds, advising trustees on ERISA compliance, fiduciary responsibilities, and employee benefits litigation.

Among his various accomplishments, Greg successfully obtained a $4.2 million back-pay award for probation and parole employees in Service Employees International Union Local 2006 v. State of Missouri, 214 S.W.3d 368 (Mo. App. W.D. 2007). In recognition of his distinguished practice, he was named Best Lawyers 2017 and 2025 Lawyer of the Year for Labor Law – Union in St. Louis and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America since 2014.  He was named in Missouri Lawyer’s Power 30 in Employment Law in September 2020.
