Karsyn Kratochvil

Karsyn is an associate attorney at Johnson + Krol in the Litigation practice.

Prior to joining JK, Karsyn received her bachelor’s degree from Coastal Carolina University, then attended and graduated from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in 2022. While attending law school, Karsyn was involved in the Trial Advocacy Program. She was also accepted onto the Arbitration and Mock Trial teams. Karsyn spent time working as a clerk with the Cook County State’s Attorney office’s felony trial division to hone and develop her research and writing skills.

Before Karsyn joined the team at JK, she developed experience in trial advocacy, handling claims for unpaid contributions on behalf of Taft-Hartley plan clients, regulatory research, and drafting settlement agreements. Now, she’s putting those skills to work that ensures people are being paid their agreed-upon wages and benefits.
